Hamming it up in Durban’s beautiful Botanic Gardens to welcome in spring are musicians Cathy Peacock (trumpet), Duncan Woolridge (trombone) and Melvin Peters (piano).
The musicians are having a super-busy time this season rehearsing for the Hilton Arts Festival taking place in the Midlands from 14 – 16 September: all three will perform in the KZN All Stars Big Band Bash at the Hilton Arts Festival on 15 September at 16h00; Peacock is also with the KZN Youth Orchestra’s Classic Blast on 15 September at 10am.
Peacock and Woolridge are performing every Thursday evening with The KwaZulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra’s 2018 Early Spring Season which runs in the Durban City Hall each Thursday until 13 September, starting at 19h30.
