The Superhero Tour aims to underpin the journey towards ongoing personal fulfilment and inner strength – it’s time we believe in the superhero in each and every one of us.

To enter, tag a pic of you being a superhero with #TCRHero and share on the main The Color Run South Africa Facebook page with your friends.
As the single largest event series in the world, The Color Run is presented in over 30 countries worldwide. Join the over four million global participants who have run, hopped, skipped, and danced their way through a five kilometre un-timed course. “Color Runners” are doused from head to toe in different colours at each kilometre.
The Superhero Tour acknowledges the individual, and all the characteristics that define us as heroes. And, it applauds those nearest and dearest to us, and those further afield who inspire us and offer themselves as role models. “The Superhero Tour is inspiring participants to celebrate themselves, and those who have mentored, encouraged, and positively influenced them,” says Trevor Latimer, national event co-ordinator of The Color Run South Africa.
“The Color Run is about living better in all the ways which enrich you, through being healthy, being happy, self-expression, and giving back,” says Francois Viviers, Exec: Marketing and Communications at Capitec Bank. “These principles align with Capitec Bank’s ethos, and as such Capitec is continuing to give back to communities across the country by donating R10.00 of every ticket sold in 2017 to our education upliftment programme.”
“We are so excited to get colourful with ‘Maritzburg, and to brighten not only Color Runners, but the community too,” says Viviers.
