In association with Concerts SA, Ezase West Entertainment presents the KwaZulu-Natal leg of their All Stars Tour, showcasing an array of hip-hop artists.
Soweto-based music agency Ezase West Entertainment is promoting a tour through various venues across KwaZulu-Natal. The artist line-up includes well-known figures in the South African underground hip-hop scene: beat makers, MC’s/rappers, dancers, and dj’s such as DMB, Vukani, Lelow B, Kilogram and DJ Largo, amongst others.
DMB says: “I am excited to be part of the Ezase West Entertainment All Stars Global Tour. I am just about release my new album, and thanks to this tour I will be able to share a live teaser with my fan base.”
For the KwaZulu-Natal leg of tour, Ezase West Entertainment has partnered with Cool Runnings in Durban, and Mixit Jazz Club in Ladysmith.
Ezase West Entertainment founder and director Smanga Emotak says: “We want to show the world that anything you believe in is possible. This first came as an idea. We took it upon ourselves to work hard and pull it through, and I am excited to tour my team and cast in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. There is hype already and venues are interested in hosting us for the first time out of our province.”
Ezase West Entertainment All Stars Global Tour is supported by Concerts SA through the Music Mobility Fund, a funding mechanism which offers opportunities for South African musicians to undertake live music tours.
